Non-Partisan Statement

North Clark County Indivisible (NCCI) is strictly non-partisan in its deliberations, actions, and official statements:

- Individuals of all political affiliations are welcome to participate; however, members and attendees are expected to set aside partisan roles, titles, and campaign affiliations when engaging in NCCI meetings or collective actions.

- Consistent with state and federal law governing 501(c)(4) organizations, NCCI does not participate in, support, or endorse political candidates or campaigns.

- NCCI may collaborate with other non-partisan organizations that share our values and priorities in advancing a healthy, inclusive, and expanding democracy.
